④ The company may suspend or restrict the provision of services in any of the following cases.

    3. If normal service use is disrupted due to a national emergency, power outage, service facility failure, or service overload.

Article 5 (Member Use Restrictions and Cancellation Procedures)
① If the company wishes to restrict a member’s use of the service pursuant to Article 8 of these regulations, the reason for such restriction shall be provided. , The date, time, and other matters will be determined and notified to the member in accordance with Article 17 of these regulations. 
However, if the company determines that it is necessary to urgently suspend use, or in accordance with Article 13, Paragraph 5, This does not apply in this case.
② A member who has received a notice of use restriction pursuant to the preceding paragraph may file an objection against the notice of use restriction.
③ A member's objection may be used until the confirmation period. The suspension can be temporarily postponed, and the member will be notified of the result.
④ If the reason for the member's suspension is resolved, the suspension will be lifted immediately.

Article 6 Joe (Membership Registration)

Article 7 (Member ID/Password)

    5. If you use the service for the purpose of harming national or social public interest
    6. If you take an action that damages the reputation of the company or another person or puts you at a disadvantage

    8. If the obligations under Article 13 of these regulations are not fulfilled
    9. If membership is not activated until 4 years have passed since becoming a dormant member pursuant to Paragraph 2 of this Article

Article 9 (Purchase of products for sale, etc.)

② The Company will not engage in unfair labeling or advertising as stipulated in Article 3 of the Act on Fair Labeling and Advertising regarding products or services provided through Arisu Tour.
③ The Company will not engage in unfair labeling or advertising activities with respect to products or services provided through Arisu Tour. We will strive to maintain the order of e-commerce through fair and sound operation and provide quality services through continuous research and development.

Article 13 (Member's Obligations)< /strong>
① Members must comply with relevant laws, matters stipulated in Arisu Tour's regulations, and the contents notified as precautions, and must not engage in any actions that interfere with the company's normal business.
② Members must rely on facts when applying for membership. You must fill out the membership application honestly and sincerely, and if a reason for change occurs to the information you entered, you must change it to suit the facts. Article 14 (Protection of Personal Information)

Article 19 (Competent Court)
① Matters not stipulated in the regulations set by the company And the interpretation of these regulations is subject to relevant laws and customs.
② All disputes related to the regulations set by the company are determined by the user's address at the time of filing, and if there is no address, they are under the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court that has jurisdiction over the place of residence.  However,  if the address or residence of the user at the time of filing is unclear or if the user is a foreign resident, the suit shall be filed in the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act. The law of the Republic of Korea shall be applied to such lawsuit.

Article 20 (Effectiveness of Regulations)
① This regulation shall enter into force on December 1, 2023.
② Amended regulations shall take effect from the date of revision. In principle, the revised regulations apply only to contracts concluded after the date of application, and the provisions of the regulations before revision apply to contracts already concluded before that date. However, users who have already entered into a contract are subject to the provisions of the revised terms and conditions.
